Calling all Costume Creators!

Or anyone who may have knowledge to help! After the Fiery costume is complete I then plan to make a Titan costume(Y'know, Dr. Drag's monstrous bird pet?) Well, after that I'm doing a Bloodbeast costume! (   it'll be half bipedal and kind of a Golem waddle around where it stands like a man but when it moves it's kind of on all 4's). I can make everything EXCEPT the skul head with the horns! Now, if someone could either find me a very detailed tutorial about how to make cast and cut the mold then I could do it on my own but my research is fruitless...If you could find someone who DOES make canine skull masks that would be awesome! Send me to them, please! Or if you have any other ideas that still works. Anything helps, guys!
